Here at Omene Family and Cosmetic Dentistry we’re an out of network provider with most standard insurances. We know that can be a little intimidating for patients. We want to share a little bit about the out of network insurance process for our office. When you come in for an appointment with us, we will take a look at your insurance information. We will verify it with your insurance company and attach it to your account with our office. At the end of your appointment we will schedule your next visit with us, and walk through all of the procedures that you had completed at your appointment. We will charge you for those services and electronically send it to your insurance company. We have plenty of systems in place that help catch errors and make sure that you get your reimbursement as quickly as possible. If for some reason you don’t receive that reimbursement within 7-10 business days, feel free to give us a call or text us at our main office number. We’d be more than happy to take a look and track it down for you.
